I was lucky enough to have friends who stood up for me when I went through a lot of the same emotions when an ex (whom I'd still been living with for financial reasons) started dating another woman while I was away at a friend's wake in California. Granted, it had been three months since we'd broken up, but it still hurt all the same.

I hope you're able to speak to your therapists about this.
