("Midland" is not necessarily the same thing as "Midwest") The default, lowest-common-denominator American accent that newscasters try to imitate. Since it's a neutral accent, just because you have a Midland accent doesn't mean you're from the Midland.

Oh goody! My MacBook hard drive died. Stupid Seagate. Now I have to go recover my data. Luckily the hard drive replacement is free since I'm still under warranty.

My sister's Toshiba in her iBook is still perfectly fine, even though I dropped it several times already.

I got this email today. Summary: If Cal receives DMCA-related letters and they determine it's targeted at you, they'll forward you the letter but won't tell the RIAA or MPAA who you are unless they're forced to.
