Try Puerto Vallarta--when you get off the plane, be sure to know enough Spanish to say "No tunnele" (Noh tune-el), otherwise you will be stuck in a tunnel that belongs in a post apocalyptic movie (complete with flesh eating zombies).

If you survive that...do NOT jay-walk with the local buses coming near; they travel at Mach 1 and refuse to slow down (brakes removed to make more room for the overcrowded passengers).

They will run you over before looking at you...spoken from experience.

Glad you survived, though. Your trips south of the border are much better than mine (sometimes I don't get let back in to the US, or friends get hauled away to scary places, or I get drugged by vampire stripper/hookers...think I am joking? Not this time....)

I said if we were able to stop by and see you THEN I would call but I wasn't sure that we would have time. As it turned out we trucked half of my family around and were over an hour late to the Boss's. So there! :-)

Maybe we can get together in June - I'll have to check our calendar and get back to you. How's the new job going? - give me a buzz if you have a chance.
