If you've seen Mike's LJ you know about his mom. She has breast cancer. Wednesday she had a mastectomy of her right breast. Today the last of her test's came back - it has not spread to any more of her body as of right now. For now she's recovering from the surgery. In two weeks she starts chemotherapy. So the amazing job that I have just got better - I got a promotion!!!! Now I'm a full time salaried employee at a higher rate!!! Which means more money for the debt monster. It's so anticlimactic.
