Let's just say that Michael apparently has been on the run for about 10 years from the law in CA. Speeding... lack of registration... driving with a suspended license (never caught for this last one) he's run across three states and it only now has caught up with him. i'm sure there's at least a daytime movie in there somewhere... Good thing I have Ralph or I might forget his face while he's upstate. :-)
