Sunny Day

We woke up to a bright sunny morning today. The first such day in a long time. The girls were very optimistic with their clothing choices. Shorts and spagetti strap tops. It's 55 degrees out now and is expected to get into maybe the high sixties. I let them keep the shorts but had them put on t-shirts.

For me it was a choice of capris with a belly shirt- well it wasn't really intended as a belly shirt, just her favorite from last year that was too small then, and since she's grown 3 inches taller this year it was noticibly absent from even seeing the waist line of the pants.

We hit 72 degrees according to our thermometer so she was comfortable until about 5:30 when we had to add a sweatshirt.

Isn't it fabulous to finally see that sun for more than a few minutes ?

Yes! And today was even better! =) We spent pretty much the whole day outside.
