Exactly. And I also tend to trust Jamie's judgement when he says that this ending is sublime and as satisfying as it can be. We all know he's a shipper and there's no way for it to be perfect for a shipper if Kara and Lee don't get a romantic closure they deserve.

Me too. I tend to agree with his viewpoints about the show, so I'm still encouraged. I'm just determined to keep myself distracted with all kinds of pilot-y goodness (fic, vids, etc.) until Friday. : )

I stopped taking the actors comments too much like gospel truth a while back. They are the one's playing the roles, but they, like us, look at everything from their perspective.

What upset me the most over this whole particular inty and reactions, was how many people were just getting ugly about Katee.

She's not required to be a shipper.

I liked Daybreak part 1, it did seem a little slow, but I guess they needed to have the big 'pick your side' at the end. Loved some of the little bits like Kara supporting Roslin.

Yep, she can say whatever she wants and it's not like she's obliged to be perceptive and sensitive towards L/K shippers' feelings. She might be but she's not, we just have to accept that and respect her right to express her own viewpoint, even though it changes like the weather. Thank God I didn't come across any ugly comments about her, I would only get defensive and even more upset.

The fact that it's hard to stay away from nasty comments about the show and the whole bitching about how dead pilots are now to certain people (and they haven't even watched what they're bitching about yet!) is bad enough.

I liked Daybreak part 1, it did seem a little slowMee too, I think they've set up a beautiful basement for the last two hours of our saga. I loved Lee's scene with Baltar, Kara supporting Roslin and young pilots of course :) I even saw glimpses of the man that I used to

Thank YOU for joining the club of those who do their best to scrape up some remnants of logic and avoid the all-consuming hatred towards the writers actors and even our dear characters! Four days to go: I'd say, let's live them happily or at least save our bile for those moments when it's really valid to be puking shit out of our mouths, if such moments even exist =))
