something about a lean-to/tent shelter in the woods on the edge of a park. it was on a snowy embankment among the trees, but it collapsed. maybe it was made out of binkie. maybe there was the threat of wolves coming.

to think that three months ago, and for the last thirteen years, eating a steak was inconvievable to me. and now here i sit munching away at my flank smothered in mushrooms and onions sauteed in butter and red wine. and it's the best thing i've eaten all week, at least.

i'm on drugs. western medicine does some things right.

i created a sandwich in my dreams last night. it was a grilled cheese sandwich with a combination of swiss cheese, blue cheese, and strips of crispy bacon between two slices of bread, preferably rye (or perhaps sourdough?). i really wanted it in my dream. what do y'all think?
