Thanks very much for continuing to work on this, despite your health issues. I appreciate your dedication, but I feel almost guilty reading, knowing how hard it must be for you to write. I hope this new med works out for you.

Don't feel too guilty. I LIKE writing. It's not-writing that upsets me, so anytime I've been able to write anything these days, I feel like that's a pretty good accomplishment. Look at it from the perspective that I am healthy enough to have a new installment done, rather than the perspective that I had to force myself to do it.

Because the thing about me is I can't really force myself to write. When I do it, it's because I have to do it.

(Which is kind of creepy when you think about the sex stories I've written.)

Great chapter. I'm definitely interested to see how far into cyberspace addiction Faith goes. Right now it does seem like she could stop anytime she wanted, but that trick never works. I'm also very interested in the progress of the Buffybot, obviously, and I'm betting April's remains will come in handy for Xander. Probably be a shock for him to see anyone operating even close to his own level, though Warren always struck me more as a Forge-type super-inventor rather than a Reed Richards-level superbrain like Xander.

Poor April, though. Talk about doomed to tragedy. The only time I've ever seen her get a happy ending was a fic where she ended up with Spike, of all people, after killing Ben and saving Joyce's life.

You'll be happy to know that April's soul (yes, robots have souls) went to robot heaven, a magical place where all binary states are 1, P=NP, and everyone is fully capable of understanding paradoxes.
