If anyone knows of an application or client to export an entire journal (comments and all, not just entries) I could really use a link.

I stand to lose half my writing on GreatestJournal when it goes down, since it was in comments. I would really rather not lose all of that...

Any help is appreciated.

i had the exact same problem. here's my solution (it works for comments!):

and while i used it to migrate to scribbld, it does both: migration (if wanted) AND export to html/xml!

Sounds sad state at GJ.
And most tips are good to save your own entries (with commenets) but your commenst to friends and other people cannot be saved as easily.

It'll probably recover. *hopes*
