I know what you mean about the folks that come in and out of your life, and how thoughts can sometimes turn towards folks who have been out of the picture.

I dunno about you, but I find, in most cases, that when I look at the situation(s) for what they were at the time, and for what they are now, that things happened that way for reason. Most often, people on both sides of the equation are better off, somehow.

It sure can make you appreciate the folks that *are* in the picture, who are regular sources of strength, understanding & support. I am more thankful every single day of my life for those folks, and I realize that they are the true treasures in this life.

That is true and there is a lot of wisdom in what you said.

I guess as we get older we have a tendency to look back on the past and question things.

I'm still here(just 2000 miles away now)! And I often wonder how you are:) I miss you a lot...our poetry slam nights, especially:)

When you say it sounds "sick" do you mean bad or good? Sick can mean good in today's slang:P

Sick as in good...hmm...how to explain....
It has that old school hot rod kind of rumble to it.
If you stomp on the gas it can get a tad loud, but it rumbles like an old school hot rod.

Me and the guys are still amazed it ran as well as it did before the engine rebuild. God the amount of crap that was clogged up in the old motor parts was simply amazing.
