Ok, I am ATTEMPTING to make homemade mozzarella cheese. Veggie rennet, not animal rennet. i didn't know i was gonna need citric acid, so I used vinegar instead. i have no idea if its gonna work..
My luck, it probably won't and all that milk and rennet will be wasted.. So, lets hope its not a wash..
