What are you going to do with it if you catch one?

I'll take a picture and let the river have it back. If fish tasted like cow, I'd eat 'em. :-) I'm shooting for 20-100 lb fish. I'm told by people that like catfish that over a few pounds, they start to taste like the stuff they eat off the bottom of the river.
