don't hug too hard, hurt my ribs. And I'm already taking pills for my thyroid. So she doesn't want to change anything.

which is the same treatment I have been doing. The only thing she wants to change is me getting more Vitamin D. Apparently having a level of 13 is way too low.

Agreed! It usually responds very well to treatment.

The only thing we're changing about my treatment is I now have a years script for Vitamin D pills.
