If I haven't made it clear before, I'm a tomboy to the extreme. I do not care about clothes. Fashion magazines make me gag. 90% of my wardrobe comes from Goodwill -- all of my jeans do, anyway, and the majority of my shirts, too. I don't own a single dress, and the only skirt I have is for cosplay purposes ( Read more... ) -

Don't mind me, just having a little panic because it's midterms and I feel horrible and I have to walk 10+ blocks today when I'm in horrible pain. Did I mention I'm no longer sure where homework stands? 'Cos I'm no longer sure when anything is due or how to do it.

I was rudely awakened this morning by someone upstairs who must be making the biggest renovation they allow in this apartment building, because he was at it all day yesterday. That's annoying, but fine, whatever, we all have days we have to hammer nails and make big noises and whatnot.

My motivation to write in any form seems to be dwindling. I'm lurking in a lot more forums and blogs lately, but really feel no desire to spend an hour chronicling my two cents on Glee's finale (absolutely terrible, by the way, don't expect me to keep watching season 2 if things don't improve) or whatever. Another quick comment on stupid ads -- there seem to be a lot of 'em these days
Energizer has been advertising on FUNimation's videos, showing off their rechargeable somethings-or-other. It features kids talking about how they want their toys to work, then one of them holds up a sign that says something along the lines of, Get this product "or else." All the still images outside of the main "cute kids bossing you around!" ( Read more... ) -

I have no clue how long it'll be up, but AOL has Hanson's new album streaming in completeness right now. I'm only on my second listen, but I think I'm not going to regret buying this CD when it comes out -- which I was going to do, preview or no, but I appreciate the early listen.

Something made me pause in the midst of my Internet surfing today. I saw on my newsfeed that there's a Facebook group called, "People who prefer reading REAL paper books rather than e-books." And it disturbed me.
Paper books. Real books. Real paper books. Real.
