ahhh I need a change terribly. My hair has grown out finally and obviously I need a dye job. I want to keep the blonde in, obviously touch it up, but i want to get more layers. Hey, I'm considering getting a chelsea-hawk haircut, which I've been gathering the courage to do for ages. My only concern is that it won't be very flattering to my face, and I don't really want a haircut that makes me look like crap.

i box-dye my hair with a slightly reddish brown color.
it's naturally pretty soft and shiny.
now, i'm not scared it will look bad, because i was naturally blonde as a youngen.
i'm just wondering how to do it real light, but natural looking. and no orange or spottiness.
any suggestions on how to do it, and not too expensively?
