Although I did go to a Yoga class with my mom last night…who knew that stretching and breathing could make you this sore! I really enjoyed it though. That's really horrible. Now I'm going to be even more careful with Rocky in the kitchen. He goes downstairs when there's cooking going on, but if he has to be upstairs then he will still go downstairs if there's teflon involved. Poor kitty. How old is he? At least, I assume it's the he...larger cats and health problems and all.

Do they live in the same house? 'Cause I'm not quite sure where the horses would go...

And yeah, breathing and stretching are a secretive workout. Tai Chi is much the same way, though we're going through forms and stances instead of *just* stretches and breathing.

Awww, I'm so sorry. Your poor mom! I can't imagine. Cockatiels can be soooo nice when they're cared for. Horses are awesome though. :) Maybe if that helps her move on, that's a good thing. Maybe the horse will keep her mind off grandkids for a while too. :) My mom brings that up everytime I come home. Heh heh heh.

Sorry to hear about her loss.

This is why I'm glad George Foreman Grills turn themselves off when they get to a certain temp.
