When it comes to being a good friend I really messed up. Too wound up in my own feelings. I felt like it would be easier on everyone if I just went off on my own and left everyone to be themselves. Maybe that was a mistake because I miss my friends. -

Birthday stuff.
A bunch of wonderful things happened on my birthday! My mom and Don took me to breakfast, Jenae Mom and the boys took me bowling where Jenae had to announce that it was my birthday, then we went to DSW and got the pictured shoes (from mom) I also got them in bright blue) I got home and Ricky gave me flowers and cheesecake! Birthday!
My birthday is tomorrow! I'm turning 21! I'm actually excited for this one! I get to wake up and see my Ricky, than go to work and get paid. After that my mom is taking me out to the movies with my sister and then Ricky is taking me to dinner at a fancy place that we both enjoy. New job options....
I currently have a job I enjoy, I get to sit on my butt and check email, perhaps answer a couple questions like "How do I take a screen shot?". I am however looking for a job that I can pay off a couple debts with. There are two in particular that sound interesting. Mom always tied ribbons around the lamp shades and bought us flowers.
Ricky and I had a huge fight yesterday, nothing major, and certainly nothing too entertaining. The point is, yesterday he worked late, and we had argued so we're really celebrating today.

What I've been doing considering my lack of school
Since my big disappointing blow about school I've tried to keep myself busy. I, of course, still work at the lab weekday mornings. Dr. Root has been kind enough to let me still play with the wind ensemble even though I couldn't register for the course. Febuary first..what a day to snow.
What better way to start the month than to have it snow mercilessly, canceling school (which in Utah is a big deal there has to be a ton of snow for that to happen), and taking away my work hours! Every other day I have had to snow, and yesterday the front steps were completely clear of snow and ice free. Urgh. I hate shoveling, and I hate not ( Read more... )
