Around my college, there is often mulch just chillin in mounds waiting to be spread out on the ground. I don't know what the exact purpose of mulch is, but apparently my college needs it. It's more often in mounds than spread out, and it has this godawful smell when it's wet, but otehrwise it's just another familiar instillation at merrill. Anyway ( Read more... )
