 I want to help.

It breaks my heart reading about children who aren't as fortunate as I am.
And I've figured out a way to do something about it.

Christmas is coming up, yes?
Well I think instead of buying each other Christmas presents, we can put it towards raising money for helpless kids in other parts of the world.

Absolutely.
This is a wonderful idea and I'm very glad you've brought it to our attention.
We should team up for one or more of them, I recommend a goat, clean water, moquito nets, Training for Health Workers, or the AIDs kit.
Or depending on how many of us there are, a couple of them.
I'd be willing to spend around $25-35.
