I laid in bed, rain pouring outside, stared at the ceiling and the shadows on my wall.  Too many clouds were out in the sky for the sun to shine through, so it was all very tranquil and cold.  I shivered despite my layered pajamas, two sheets and two blankets.  It was very chilly.
