If it's just the skin, a lower desk or higher chair might help? Or just watch your damn posture. Get some altitude, wrists shouldn't be rubbing against anything when you puter.

If it's further down in... get it looked at. Too many of us old folks have been reduced to hunt-n-peck by carpal tunnel/arthritis/blechy cyst things. SO not worth it; not only does it mess with typing, but it makes doing Interesting Things in bed more difficult.

I have a dumb tendency to lean my right hand out away from me when I'm using the mouse. It's not *in* my hand. It's the little hard nub on the inside of your wrist right below your pinky. Basically I have a tendency to lean my hand right on it while I'm using the mouse - I know that I'm just doing something goofy but it's so ingrained at this point.

I just haven't had this happen in awhile. Like... since I was still getting left-hand WASD cramps on a regularly basis.

Maybe if you hired a drill sergeant to stand behind you and yell at you when you mouse wrong?... okay, maybe not.
