My day
I had a lovely day. I had to go to Walmart early(cat treats and charcoal), and picked up my free breakfast from Huddle House. Came home and ate, watched some True Blood, washed dishes, made pasta salad and some pickled red onions. I saw that we have pickled red onions on the mod now, but they cost almost $5. Trump/Epstein and its affect on Trump supporters
J and I just watched a Young Turks video detailing Trump's involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Video of them together, watching women and being creepy, Trump's quote about how great Epstein was and their shared love of "younger women." Also how the prosecutor in the Epstein case, Alex Acosta was later nominated as Labor Secretary by Trump ( Read more... ) -

Sookie Stackhouse books vs True Blood
So, anyone who has read the Sookie Stackhouse books... um, do they get better? I listened to the first one on audiobook, and it was okay. Then I get to the second one and Lafayette practically dies on the first page! I'm going with the TV show, which is better IMO, as canon. The Green Mile/Michael Jeter
I'm sitting here having breakfast and crying my way through The Green Mile. I love it, but nearly all of it makes me cry. It's one of the most well cast movies ever. J texted me today to tell me that all 5 seasons of Andromeda were on sale for $20 and wanted to know if I wanted it. I told him at this point I still loved Tyr more than I hated Kevin Sorbo. So, long story short, we're watching Andromeda. Tyr and his big... gun.
