[That would be an upset Naoto chasing a Drifloon in possession of her hat. The Drifloon is crooning smugly and floating along juuust out of reach, clearly using the hat as a lure to get her to follow it.]

...It wasn't that high for her. She had fifteen extra centimeters on Naoto, and she could jump pretty high, too!
But instead of going for it and making the drifloon float higher, she just quietly watched, waiting for the right subtle body language to try and grab the hat.
At least, that's the complicated description of Yuiko's judgment, which was being assessed less through calculation and more through visual judgment, as she quietly seized up the situation. It wasn't too different than rock-paper-scissors, and she never lost.
