For some reason I was hit with a mysterious ailment early Sat morning - sudden nausau (sound effects!) then overwhelming sleepiness etc

I ended up spending the day sleeping only waking up for brief moments to glance at the clock. Chunks of time passed by and all I did was sleep

this monday I woke up with inconvenient digestive system issues, went to work but was incredibly, incredibly sleepy (usually I am tired, but not sleepy), came home and slept for the whole evening.

You have infected me via the internets! Is this one of those computer viruses I hear about?

Yes! a computer virus! sleepiness and slow network are the biggest symptoms!
