Officiant Certification Needed!
I'm getting married in June and asked an old friend to be my officiant for my wedding. She is not ordained yet, but is looking to get the certification online or however its easiet. Has anyone done this process (or know anyone who has) and know of any web sites or services that are recognized by Dane County?

hivemind: corn (totally gluten free) tortillas bigger than taco size?
hopefully the hivemind has an answer for this: in texas and cali, i could buy all-corn (i.e. no wheat, but often lard, that's ok) tortillas bigger than the 5" taco size (specifically, i'd like 8" or 10"). i know how to make them myself, but i want them in qty, so making them myself is terribly energy in-efficient ( Read more... ) -
how to unload a futon mattress
We have an old double/full size futon mattress. Easter Seals took the frame, but not the mattress. It's clean (no bugs, no giant creepy stains, we don't smoke). I have no idea what to do with it. My roommates and I are getting into apartment hunting season without much luck so far, so figured I'd drop a line here to see if anyone has any tips on places that aren't as well known or advertised.
