Coworker said that this morning. A compliment on the physical, but it's easy to start overthinking it. So I checked in on the physical. Down 17 pounds since early October. ( That's a thing. )
I'm glad that you are finding you! That's great. And yeah, last winter I actually lost weight during the holidays because I was too busy to bother with dinner a lot of the time. A bowl of cereal was good enough, or a bowl of applesauce. I'm wondering if I can repeat that success of "not trying."
While the stress is not a good thing, finding that you are comfortable in your body definitely is. I hope you find a good space inside your skin.
