Nothing's been carved in stone or nothin', but it's a milestone for me: I gave unofficial notice that I'll be officially giving notice at work. It seemed like the courteous thing to do, but I think mostly my motivation was to make a symbolic gesture of commitment to the plan in terms that are less wishy-washy. It's good to see your voice, even in an angsty haze. Freightliner must realise that to keep a mind of your caliber on staff, they must release many more shekels, and much more time off. If they cannot see the light, you must then leave them to enjoy the darkness. You have to pass right by here to get to SLO...DO NOT FORGET THAT I KNOW THIS!

Nah, the angst has mostly passed. Things are well for now. Good to see your voice too. I will be sure to stop by on the way down, but I'll almost certainly be making a trip to SO before the BIG trip.
