[Restlessness. That's been pretty much the story of Derek's life for at least a month now. Restlessness and a feeling of frustration. He's done his best to keep it under wraps, of course, but at some point, it has to be let out, or he'll drive himself crazy

[Drusilla watched from the shadows with interest. She could smell and sense that this man was different, but also still somewhat human. It intrigued her to think that such a man existed, and she couldn't help wanting to find out more about this strangers situation. However, for now, she would just watch and see what he would do.]

[He stays there for a while, running his fingers in the water and occasionally looking up to study the newest 'work of art' in the skies. He seems to be in his own little world, but there's an occasional tic of a shoulder muscle, or very slight turn of the head to indicate that at least some part of him is aware that he might be being watched. Still, other than those slight signs, he does nothing about it.

Eventually, he'll stand, making his way down the shoreline as he takes the night air in with deep, steady breaths.]

[As she watches the man start walking down the shoreline, she finally decides to leave her place in the shadows, her movements just a flowing and graceful adding to her look of innocence.]

[A figure slips out of Community Building 4 after dark. Jack Sparrow is on a mission to honor a promise he's made to Kirimi to find her Oni-chama. Whatever that is.

But he's also trying to honor a promise he's made to Buffy, and to take extra care when abroad after dark. Tonight, he's armed with a sword and a wooden cross. He strikes off in an easterly direction and makes his way through the woods, calling out softly at first but then with increasing volume:]

Onichamaaaa! Oi! ONICHAMA. Get your sun-hating arse back to the village, mate! Allo!

[The voice certainly caught Drusilla's attention quickly, and in only moments she found herself watching the stranger from the shadows for only a short time before leaving the cover of the darkness and walking into the man's view with graceful movements, looking as usual, like a mere innocent girl.]
