It's an icky sticky rainy day outside, I just took a serious test, and had my afternoon snack, and now it's time for pilates. But I just don't want to! Yesterday I was so bad, I got into my pilates clothes, rolled out my mat, put on the dvd, and got 3 minutes in and quit. Wow, I suck. I need to get motivated again. How do I do this? Help me
