Doesn't happen to me, but i usually feel more relived to get the hell out of the building. I like my job, it's cake, but it can be boring and tedious enough to cause one to become extremely restless. I usually have to go on a short drive around campus to relieve my boredom.
I did come into work confused though. I could have sworn i woke up in time to get here, but when i actually looked at a clock i was an hour late. I guess i had set the actual clock on my alarm back an hour (it was already set an hour ahead of the actual time) So in my usual daze of morning, i thought i had woken up on time. Guess i was wrong. No one said anything though.
Whenever my work takes me out of the office, which is fairly rare, I find myself amazed at all the other people on the streets. Why aren't they in their cubicles? What are they doing? I feel like they all showed up from Central Casting to be extras in "Delphica Leaves the Office at 2:45 PM on a Monday"
I constantly feel "disassociated", too much starign at computer screens. Give in to it, nuture it, soon it will become permanent, and then you will be able to deal with it much better!
