So many drama's at work. One with two managers and one with another. I can't go there again. But it's oh so enticing. -

My work place has a high rate of staff turnover. It's all due to the bad treatment of the staff they already have and are able to keep at that moment. Half the staff are ready to walk out. There's bad management where they're unreasonable for situations that are completely out of your control. Or you'll get blamed for something you didn't EVEN do. ( Read more... ) -

Apparently a couple of Saudi Arabian princes dined at the restaurant I work in a couple of days ago. That is just fascinating. I remember them when I was later told because, let's just say, they weren't provided with the best service. And since the Australia Open is on next week, all the players are in town and they are very close by... -
Sales
Got home from work at 4.15am this morning. Woke up at 11am to go shopping. That's what I call dedication! It was worth it though, spending all that hard earned cash. Went nuts at a bookstore where they had 40% off EVERYTHING. That's even cheaper than at second hand stores. Happy New Year! 2007 already. How time flies. I seriously don't know where 2006 went. My only resolution this year is not to make resolutions. What's the point? Had a nice time last night. Went to the beach, had some great food, great friends, strolled around with great ice cream, then we didn't get crushed by crowds while watching the fireworks ( Read more... ) -

Just finished reading this long essay by Virginia Woolf. Surpringly very readable and accessible. Very funny and really makes you think. This is no. 23 - falling very behind! -

Just posting a post for the sake of it. I was so sick of seeing that yellow thing on. A little bit refreshed in the layout too. Change of tone is good.
Now, I just have to stay awake for the next 6 hours to watch the soccer. God, the dedication. I want to see Brazil, but the timezone is killing me! -

Updating
Thought I might update a little to let people know it's still active, and the change the scenery around. The layout templates given to free accounts are truly horrendous, and i got be arsed learning how to customize, - so this is the prettiest i could find.
Uni starts soon...blah! Well, not really.
