Psyched myself out for the PFT this morning. I get myself so nervous that I can hardly function. I did great on my situps (89, missed the max by one cuz time ran out) and my pushups were okay (42, missed the max by 4 cuz my arms ran out of steam) but then on my 11th lap (out of 12) for my run...
