 Lady Reddy, I need advice on the best way to take care of a severe neck spasm...and I know, not Ibuprofen.  Help!  It came from sitting up at night to sleep to ward off the recent coughing spasms.  Now my cold is nearly gone, but the left side of my neck is in a lot of pain, and if I turn it - like when I drive - I am in agony.  I do not have

We are only 3 days from faire...Raike is a great alternative and there are quite a few healers at faire.
Can you last that long? Any pain releiver without ibuprofen should work but ibuprofen is an anti inflamatory that might be your best bet.
I understand your pain and no insurance..been there done that. Put heat on it to ease the spasms, moist heat is best.
After that, I am not sure.

I will last that long if you think reiki is a good idea. Otherwise, hot bath and a good book it is LOL. I know you are not a doctor - but in following your advice before, it has helped, hence the PING of Lady Reddy. Love you.

Step one, is get rid of the growth on your arm, and that should alleviate a lot of the tension. ;-)

Step two, talk to Chris at faire this weekend about a massage.
