[ Hey Demeleier, it's been a while. From this guy anyway. When the video feed cuts on, he smiles for a while. He face is pretty scuffed up, but nothing too bad. A few cuts on his chin and a nasty crape on his cheek, a little too close to his eye. He doesn't seem to notice really, or care. He's on a mission anyway

[ He pauses and reaches up to touch his cheek. The wound's cleaned, at least. Not as bad as it was. ]

Hm. Perhaps I will, then. [Her eyes flick over him.] You should take better care of yourself. Are you hurt?

Good! It's a lot of fun, and great upper body strength exercises too, if you're swinging a sword and shield around.

[ He stretches a bit and grins. ]

Well, it still stings a bit, but it's not that bad anymore!

What's a baseball team?

[ BLASPHEMY-- I mean what. ]

Well, baseball is a sport where you... [ How to put this simply. ] Well, you have a bat, right! And a team, and four bases. And you have the other team guarding the bases and one pitches a ball at the guy with the bat, right? And he swings it like whoosh and hits the ball - ka-POW! [ He swings his arms like he's hitting a ball with a baseball bat. ] And then he runs through the bases before someone tags him with the ball!

And when you go around all four, you get a...point.

And a team is made up of people who play baseball. And you have two teams, and they go up against each other to see who can score the most in nine innings and win!

[He puffs up angerly and starts pointing a finger at the screen]
What do you mean you swing bats around and hit balls?! Doesn't that hurt the bats? Why don't you let them fly away? You're cruel!!

[Sooooo thinking of the animal, not the "stick."]

[ Yamamoto laughs at the idea of a baseball bat flying away. ]

Bats can't fly! [ He pauses. ]

Oh, I mean a baseball bat. [ He pulls one out of his bag and shows it to him with a grin. ]

He reaches up and touches the wound a bit, but he doesn't wince. ]

[ He grins at that, and then touches the wound again, tilting his head a bit. ]

Well, if you want! I mean, it still kinda stings a bit.

Well, me neither. That's awesome though, I haven't met anyone else who's played baseball yet!
