Most everyone's favorite fungus: Yeast! My Peach Mead is extremely vigorous. It is still bubbling up a storm. I estimate that at this rate it will take several months less than an average batch. This must has much more nutrients due to the peach additives. I may have this stuff by the end of the year

All of your meade tales are really causing me to want to attempt a batch of my own. Can you recommend a *simple* beginner's recipe, is there even such a thing? Or tell me where to go to find one. I must try to make some.
