i just had a customer come in and complain that their phone was not working. "its just gone dead! it wont work".

i held down the power button and turned it on for her.

*points down* youre not supposed to be able to read that, its just there for stress relief. just imagine me screaming.

Poor Maggie, I read your hard to read scrolling paragraph and sympathise with you after remembering many of the stupid customers I have dealt with in the past.. stupid customers!
