Hi gang....seems my bed ridden-ness has left far too many of y'all in the dark. On Monday the 17th I went in for what could optimistically be called a "tummy tuck". Wow...not as long a time sorting out business crap as I thought. Woohoo! I still have a few errands to run....(bank, pharmacy, ex...maybe to get his bills). Tonight is SBC. Yay! Hurray for routines *smile*

Okie...we are on the last leg to home, staying tonight in Vega Texas 'cuz Amarillo (that hot spot of activity!) was booked up. Damn tiny town!! Less than 1000 on the census sign. They have a Dairy Queen, and a convenience store with a griddle menu that makes many bowling alley grills look like Eastside Cafe or Green Pastures. It must be time ( Read more... )

Um..briefly Tessie the TrailBlazer decided she could fly (ie skid) into the backside of Camp Mabry. She is not well. I am fine. She is at the shop..I missed PT b/c that was where I was going when the rain said skidding is the order of the day. Thank heavens for insurance. $500 deductibles suck however ( Read more... )
