happy st. patrick's day!
my first day of break. i slept in wicked wicked late. just what i needed. it's nice to be home. i hadn't come home in a month, so it was a big reunion. mom made pot roast. yummy.
tonight is joe's big st. patty's party in agawam. car bombs and green beer, ahoy. it's good to be irish. -

a day in the life
today has been very odd. i woke up, took a shower, and threw up. i got these terrible cramps in the shower, and i just got out in time to make it to the toilet to puke up bile. i don't know if it was a stress thing, or a pms thing. but the nausea went away in time for me to make it to spanish class. such a relief
i just found out that my child development exam was moved until after break! one less thing to worry about. that doesn't relieve the work i have to do tonight, but it does mean that after tomorrow i'm done w/any actual work until after spring break.

(yeah, i knew it was going to happen, but still...seven damn long years. even the x-files didn't drag it out that long.)
now i must put aside my fangirl squealing, and finish my reading for my exam tomorrow. -

it's amazing what two days of good weather does to my attitude. i'm happier, i have more energy, and more drive. i finished my spanish essay this afternoon, and i've got a load of laundry going. and i even went down to the dc for dinner. i never do. and tonight everybody's going to see "the libertine," johnny depp's new movie. it hasn't ( Read more... )
