i went to hongkong for the first time a few weeks ago with my friend olay and we found some super cute shoes. mine are so comfy that place is so cute :)

they have another store called value village thats.. i'm not sure if its closer or further up central for you.. but its not like hongkong but it is a thrift store and you'll sometimes fine the best things in there.
