I was reading through my old journal entries dating back to 2001. It was weird to read through all of the sob stories and teenage poetry. I really wish I would have made better decisions when I was younger. But I guess I shouldn't beat up myself too much about it.  i can say this honestly for the first time in a long time: Life is good.

 i'm waiting for the webster dictionary to come out with a word that describes how i feel right now, which is a mixture of really lonely and bored. I suppose miserable will work for now.

I joined the air force thursday and should find out when i'm leaving for basic training this week.

hmmm. getting burnt twice in two days. that's gotta lead to a long weekend of drinking.
