Would you ever betray anyone, even for a good cause? To betray, there must've been trust placed in me in the first place. And I'd do everything in my power to keep that trust. But if someone happens to be a sleazeball who actually thought I could help him, then.. Sucks to be that person, I'm sure.
Do the ends justify the means? If it's really what you want, if you can handle the price of your own actions - regardless what it comes down to, then yes. Truthfully, anyting and everything in this world can be justified, but that's a whole different matter, really. The ends almost always justify the means with me. And, put it in another way, the means we choose to execute are always capable of dictating the end. Only that the price may not even be from something we'd care to lose. Well. We choose what we will.
What is more important to you? Family, friends, promises made? Family, friends, and my principles are the most important things to me. Promises made may not carry as much weight in the face of those three, though I always try to honor mine.

Yes: Try to be spoiler-free; what was your favorite part/scene/character? THE SPEECH. Seeing Mo'at for the first time. We all went 'Fiiiiiierce!". She entered like a diva. No joke. Everytime Neytiri gives Jake a piece of her mind, it's quite laughable. She's just so blunt, I love it!
Yes: What’d you think of the movie The story's just full of symbolism, quite cliche in the epic sense. And I laughed at the word unobtainium. (Good luck with that.) Couldn't help but notice how the upper echelon speaks English like it's nothing. It somehow mirrors the special language spoken only by elites, not that I'm saying that's the case here, but that's how it feels like anyway. I had a great time at the movie, it's different and entertaining with its super great visuals of a beautiful alien world.
