thats why i hate working in customer service.......theres always assholes like that and theres absolutely nothing you can do!!!!

OMG!!! That is insane! I can't believe that actually happened....I mean, you are beautiful and you know it....HEY remember when that stuff used to happen to me in Junior High and you would defend me...like that time Ross said I had HUGE...eyelashes...and you totally bitched him out...yeah...I wish I could have been there to do the same thing.
