First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone that left encouraging messages or just advice. It really helped me to not feel quite so alone. Secondly, I was wondering what type of music everyone listened to when they have ever been going through a break up??

So anxiety plagues my mind....on a daily basis. I panic for no apparent reason. Especially at night. And now to go along with this I have tears due to my new birth control regiment. So I went to Olin because I have been having anxiety problems. Like can't sleep, panic attack, worry about stupid things like checking my e-mail anxiety. So they prescribed me some xanax to be taken when necessary and referred me to the counseling center. So I'm there for the third time around in my college career. But that's ok. So I had an attack last night. I couldn't fall asleep and every time I closed my eyes my heart raced and I couldn't breathe. It was definitely panic. I did this for about an hour until finally I got up, took some nyquil, and eventually passed out. It was really scary though. Now, I'm like dead.
