it is too easy to grow.

that is why it is important to legalize marijuana.
so small time drug dealers go out of business.
then they wouldn't be able to afford cars and loud stereos and "bling"
they would not have the money to hang out at the mall.

Yeah, and then one of the fastest-growing industries in our economy, prison building and maintenance, grinds to a halt. Sorry. It's never going to happen. They've already crunched the numbers: tax revenue from legalized marijuana < income tax revenue from prison workers and kickbacks from building contracts.

partial legalization will not work:
they will spend more monitoring it than they take in.
