As a student of philosophy and religion (but by no means a master of them) I have enjoyed learning about others and their traditions. In self defense, I have read many books including the bible. I guess it has paid off!

Working on writing
Well, for our mid-term, I have another of those 1 location, two character, 3 pages with dialog scripts due. The frustrating part is that I do MUCH better with a prompt, so I have in mind what I am writing about. This one has none. I have really been missing the simplicity of lower division classes during my struggle with script writing class this semester. Yesterday was, finally, a good class for me! Another writing assignment done--but bombed
Okay, I wrote the first dialogue assignment and and one other older woman in the class got the scene and the rest of the little college kids gave me the (ead cocked to one side)Huh? look. Crap! What have you been reading lately?
I am so starved for pleasure reading that I just re-read a trilogy-turned series called "Council Wars" by John Ringo. It starts with "There Will Be Dragons" and goes through "Emerald Seas" and on to " Against the Tide." And it is one of my favorite created worlds ever. I wish there were more stories for it! Stupid Writing
My life has not exactly gone as planned lately and my schoolwork is making me insane. I decided to post my writing assignments to get edits/ feedback/corrections, if people would be so kind. Finally joined the fray
Hello! Well after yet another con where I was asked what my live journal handle was so new acquaintances could keep in contact, I decided to wade into the water. I am here. I do not know how often, or how much I can participate, but at least it is another point of contact! :D
