Yeah, this is probably as angsty as I'll ever get. I don't think I could do a post-CoE fic without it being a fix-it. Torchwood without Ianto just doesn't appeal to me.

It's telling that, despite this being far and away the most angsty thing I've ever written, I can't help but sneak in a happy outcome.

Now to torture write Pregnant!Jack, which I'm looking forward to more than I probably should.

very nice=D like aviv b, i was expecting the next line to be; the next year, jack didn't have ianto to spend christmas with so was almost relieved when you very wisely decided to ignore that and hire martha and mickey instead=D love the line about the weevils wearing santa hats ans ianto betting on antlers=D

We'll find out if Ianto was correct to bet on antlers in the next part.

The fic is kinda getting away from me...I might have underestimated how many chapters I'll end up with. Writing is like Pringles...once you start, you just can't stop. Hee.
