Hon you know I'm here if you want to talk about anything. I've been a bit AWOL from LJ this past week 'cos I've been super busy but I'm back now.

If you get on with your GP then think about speaking to him/her. You have to be really really ill for them to put you in hospital (I can elaborate on that if you want me to but I don't want to say anything potentially triggering when you're not feeling well). I don't know what the mental health services are like where you live, but most places have a crisis team that they would refer you to in order to keep you out of hospital. You may already know that of course.
