I finally get to taste Beijing Rost Duck after years. It is the best food ever. The duck in NZ is not quite fat as Beijing Sweet Duck. The best duck meat has a think layer of fat under the skin. The combination of crispy skin, little fat, rosted duck meat, green onion plus the sweat sauce makes the best food ever.
I have one more exam left, Diff Equ tomorrow morning. Why teachers always schedule exams together? Three exams in a day is just too much. A little rest is much needed.
