Ugh, I have been signed off work for a fortnight with a slipped disc. It is SO bloody painful I cannot beging to describe it. I didn't get a wink of sleep last night so at 5:30 got up and watched the sunrise. Thankfully after a trip to the doctors I now have lots of lovely drugs. Well it is midday Thursday now and only 2 full days left before we come home. I am having an absolutely wonderful time here in the US, New York City is very friendly and fun and there is always loads to do and see. Every day so far has pretty much been spent shopping and eating, wandering around the streets and seeing what we come across. ( Read more... )

Well, we are here and it is absolutely fucking Freezing!! We had a bit of a nightmare when we arrived, I had a migraine and when we arrived at the hotel it was completely misrepresented from the website and totally unacceptable for us to stay at.
